Last week, I started this journey to get fit and lose weight. This week, I begin my full-on Focus T25 10-week challenge. 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week and eating healthier, cleaner food is all it takes.
This morning, I woke up to work on my proposal for my thesis. To wake up my brain, I did my first workout of the week, being Cardio 1.0 (Yes, the one I did on Thursday). I “nailed it,” but it being the first of the week, I did feel a little sluggish to get things going. There’s something to be said about motivation and a positive outlook and how they won’t stop us if we put our mind to things.
