We love popcorn. It’s a quick, easy to make, filling snack. Artichoke likes his with olive oil and garlic powder. I like mine either buttery or sweet.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been making popcorn more often. Maybe because it’s cheaper than buying chips! Plus, a little bit of kernels go a long way. With that, it’s always great to find new flavoring and seasoning recipes for it. You have no idea how happy I was find to a VEGAN caramel corn recipe online this morning. It was so simple and really delicious.

P.S. For the popcorn, I used 1/2 cup of White Cat Popcorn kernels in the trusty Whirley Pop with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
